Faced an overwhelming task to analyze over 1,000 ASINs, requiring large-scale review sentiment analysis, sales forecasting, and competitive data synthesis. Manual workflows were impossible.

My approach is to create a clear, actionable story from the data that is tailored to the team's workflow. I always start by defining the primary business goal, whether it's profitability, market share growth, or a new product launch.

Q: Tell me about a time you used data to find an insight.

A client's overall ACoS was rising despite flat ad spend. I combined their Search Term Report with Business Reports by ASIN and quickly discovered two issues: 1) wasted spend on an irrelevant search term, and 2) a quiet conversion drop on their top ASIN.

The solution was a negative keyword strategy and a main image refresh. The result was a 15% reduction in ACoS and a restored conversion rate, directly improving their bottom line.

Q: How would you handle a complex catalog with thousands of ASINs?

That's a challenge where my adaptive skillset truly shines, as large catalogs require systematic, not manual, solutions. My approach depends on the team's capabilities, ranging from custom Python scripts for full automation (like my WesAI project) to robust, formula-driven Excel/Sheets templates for streamlined manual management.
